This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B23Q0114 and solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.
This is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The size standards is $8.5M.
Seeking contractor to provide: All material, personnel, equipment, tools, fuel, and other items or services necessary to perform the lawn care services for the USDA, ARS, SEA, Sugarcane Field Station, Canal Point, Florida location. Quotations submitted must meet all specifications and performed in strict accordance as detailed in attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Contract to cover base year + 4 option years.
Base Year (Mar 1, 2023 – Feb 29, 2024)
Option Year 1 (Mar 1, 2024 – Feb 28, 2025)
Option year 2 (Mar 1, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026)
Option Year 3 (Mar 1, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027)
Option Year 4 (Mar 1, 2027 – Feb 29, 2028)
Project location: USDA, ARS, SEA, Sugarcane Field Station, 12990 Hwy 441 North, Canal Point, Florida 33438.
