Provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for Lowell Elementary School Portable Project and completion of CCDs 014, 018 and 019 associated to the Lowell ES HVAC project. Scope consists of demolishing a Russel bungalow building (two classrooms), installing auditorium stage lift, installing two PC- approved lunch shelter structures, providing illuminated exit signs, relocating the existing exterior power exhaust fan and underground utilities/connections/fixture and finishes for 2 new portables, per bid plans and specifications. **Please refer to the bid plans and specifications to ensure that all work is performed by properly licensed and/or certified contractors/subcontractors. PRE-QUALIFICATION: To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to have been prequalified by the District via QualityBidders.com. In addition, if the Project has electrical, mechanical, or plumbing components that will be performed by subcontractors performing under the following license classification(s), then each of those subcontractors that intend to bid as a first-tier subcontractor to a general contractor (prime contractor) are required to have been prequalified by the District: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46.
