The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of Plastic Surgery Department intends to award a sole source procurement to Lifcell Corporation
for LC-3000 SPY ELITE VIAL IDGF KITS
(URGENT REQUIREMENT) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authorit of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This notice of intent is not a reuest for competive bids.  Adetermination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
