The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award of an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the provision of Catholic Spiritual Guide Services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Milan, Michigan. The contract period shall consist of an estimated 1,144 sessions per year with a one year base period and four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The Catholic Spiritual Guide will be an integral part of FCI Milan's Life Connections Program (LCP) and will provide inmates with guidance to successfully complete the program and reasonable and equitable opportunities to pursue religious beliefs and practices.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 (Size Standard: $7,500,000). This solicitation is set aside for Small Business Concerns. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers / bids / quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
