The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell, Virginia intends to make a single award for the provision of Life Connection Program (LCP), Program Developer. The contractor shall assist the Program Manager in developing and implementing a structural and tracking system for the inmate population in a correctional setting for the Religious Service Department.
