Leadership in the United States Military is critical to accomplishing the mission. Since every military member is different, no single leadership-style is effective or appropriate for every situation. Leaders who fill their toolbox with different leadership styles and techniques are more adept at adapting to changing circumstances. Intent-Based Leadership is one of many leadership styles that can be effective in executing military operations.

This requirement is to have a leadership instructor come to the 51st Fighter Wing (51 FW), Osan Air Base, Korea and provide a 2-day leadership course on 1-2 May 2019 including an interactive keynote speech as part of the 51 FW Commander's Leadership Offsite Event.
