This is a note of intent from the U S Naval Hospital Guam to issue a sole source purchase order to JC Marketing Inc. authorized local distributor of Becton Dickinson for one year service, "REAGENT RENTAL LEASE PROGRAM" for one (1) Bectac 9120 Equipment with one hundred (100) bottles per month, ONLY as needed. (50 Aerobic plus, 50 Anaerobic plus and 50 Peds plus) only as NEEDED. The proposed contract supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicited and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve quotes. Agreement includes two (2) to four (4) preventive maintenance visits per year. For emergencies - service technician availability within twenty four (24) hours.
