Offerors shall submit proposals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) pages 15 through 20 and Instructions to Offerors Pages 21-32.

It is required, at time of award that all security attachments be signed and returned to the COTR two (2) weeks before any services begin on the contract.

Offerors must complete the "Contractor Name" block and forward Attachment C - Past Performance Questionnaire to the three (3) references provided in Part II of their proposal.

The Government intends to make one award from responses received.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically to BPD with a subject line that states: BPD-OIT-10-CI-0005 Attention: JOAZ. Please send to [email protected] on or before 2:00 p.m. ET, 05/27/10. It is the Offeror's responsibility to confirm timely receipt of the proposal.

Proposals shall include the following information to be considered complete: Offerors shall submit one electronic copy of Volume I (Written Technical Proposals) and Volume II (Written Price Proposal) as separate attachments, by the due date.

Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
