This is a re-advertisement of Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) NRCS-18-03 as Request for Lease Proposal NRCS-18-05. The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately 2600 rentable square feet yielding 2105 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space, including twenty (20) parking spaces, in the Pinedale, WY vicinity. Enclosed is a solicitation to rent office space for a full-service lease including utilities and janitorial services to be included in the rent. Please complete all requested documentation in accordance with the instructions and requirements contained within the Request for Lease Proposal and all supplemental documentation. Offers should be returned to USDA-NRCS, in accordance with the attached Request for Lease Proposal NRCS-18-05, no later than June 15, 2018.
