The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (“CFISD” and/or the “District”) is soliciting proposals for #21-06-7190R-RFP Leave Management Software, Request for Proposal as more fully set out in the Scope of Work and Specific Conditions and Specifications sections of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Proposals must be uploaded to the CFISD IonWave EBid system in accordance with the instructions provided within the RFP document. Proposals may be submitted on any and/or all items. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the CFISD and to waive any informalities in bidding. If addendums are issued on any bid, it is the responsibility of the vendor to review the eBid system for addendums. Proposer shall submit one (1) electronic response via electronic upload. Electronic copy must be in a Microsoft Office Word, Excel, or a searchable PDF document. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from http://www.cfisd.net/bids. Written questions about this RFP and requests for additional information shall be requested no later than Friday, March 26, 2021 at Noon and must be submitted online at https://cfisdbid.ionwave.net. The District will not respond to verbal inquiries. Supplemental instruction will be in the form of written addendum to the specifications which will be emailed and posted on our website (www.cfisd.net/bids) prior to the date of the proposal opening. Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday, April 5, 2021. Contents of proposals will remain confidential during the negotiations period, if applicable. Only the proposal number and the identity of the Proposer(s) submitting the proposal will be made available to the public before award of the RFP.
