The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order for three (3 EA) Naute neoBLUE LED Phototherapy systems as a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL with accessories. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.

This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA2823-20-Q-6013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside.
