Synopsis - M67001-15-T-1245

Marine Corps Base Maintenance, Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of LED Roadway Lights, Type III.  This is a Brand name solicitation.

It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order.  The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns.  The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this requirement is 335122, Commerical, Industrial and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees.  The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR part 12.0 and 13.0.  The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable quote.   Award will be issued on an all or none basis.

The solicitation, (No. M67001-15-T-1245) will be posted on or about 3 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov.  It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.  Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov.  Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).  Contractors must be registered with iRAPT (Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer) previously known as Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
