The Contractor shall provide on-going technical assistance for the implementation of the Legacy program; provide training to the site staff; make adaptations to the CDC Legacy curriculum (Miami version) and report on factors that facilitate and create barriers to fidelity implementation within the HRSA, ACF and SAMHSA infrastructures.  This is the continuation of a study (Legacy for Children study) that the University of Miami has developed and worked on since its inception.  Consequently, it is believed that U. of Miami is the sole source having the capabilities which will meet the above mentioned requirements of the CDC.  It is the intent of CDC to award a contract with UCLA if this is found to be true.
