LEGAL NOTICE LEARN 44 Hatchetts Hill Road Old Lyme, CT 06371 INVITATION TO BID LEARN is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Architectural and Engineering teams with experience in renovation and construction related to public schools in Connecticut to provide design and engineering services for the preparation of design and construction documents for the conversion of an existing 36,000 square foot facility to be suitable for a comprehensive special education outplacement program. Submissions will be received in the Office of the Director of Development on or before February 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened. All RFQs shall be made based on the Request for Qualifications Architectural and Engineering Services Renovation and Construction document that can be found on the LEARN website at www.learn.k12.ct.us/requestforproposals. Finalists shall be selected on the basis of criteria outlined in the RFQ.
