Provide new T-Ball Field, sidewalks, pavilion, lighting. Work includes concrete, earthwork, drainage, field construction, maintenance of traffic, sodding, fencing, landscaping, utilities, and building construction. A press box facility shall be structurally designed, permitted, and built by the contractor. A structural engineer licensed and registered in the State of Florida shall sign and seal the press box design. A playground contractor will install splash pad / associated equipment. Park improvements must meet all applicable standards and specifications from City of Pensacola, Florida Building Code, and ECUA. Contractor shall be a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida. The project shall be constructed in 120 days from notice of proceed date, however, the press box shall be fully operational for play by June 30, 2020.
