The proposed award is for services under NAICS: 518210. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. ProQuest, 788 Eisenhower Parkway, PO Box 1346, Ann Arbor MI 48106-1346. ; they are the only provider for Legislative Insight Subscription Services as a perpetual database, content of the perpetual data base to be purchased and available to FDA ‘s Chief Counsel's Office includes all legislative histories for enacted Federal Legislative history from 1900-2013. Note: The Subscription Services includes a complete full text hearings for every bill enacted in one prepared legislative history.
