The subscription needs to include the following:
• Real‐time legislative tracking: following key bills, based upon a list of appropriate topics and key words, from introduction throughout the legislative process.
• Regular summaries, analysis and news about key bills and legislation moving through Congress.
• The ability to monitor and search the congressional record, committee documents, and other important legislative resources.
• Biographical information about members of congress and important information about their districts, such as key industries and history.
• Contact information for Congressional offices, identification of key staff, committee staff, and other important legislative contacts.
• Information about committee business, including hearings, markups ‐‐ and any documents they release such as markup summaries or press releases.
• The ability to share information on legislation and Congress across multiple staff on the subscription and to share notes about that information within the application.
• Ability to be notified when new key staff are hired
• Ability to send emails through the application directly to congressional

The subscription will be quoted for 5 years, consisting of a base year and 4 option years.
The subscription will start on 01/01/2018 and go till 12/30/2022.
