Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated.  This requirement will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable evaluation criteria. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requires industrial-grade display hardware manufactured by Leidos.   In order to ensure compatibility/conformity with existing systems and programs, it is the Government’s intention to procure Leidos parts as a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as only Leidos parts meets the government’s requirements
