This is a notice of intent issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to negotiate a sole source contract with V & H Material Handling for the purchase of Kardex Remstar parts for lektrievers to retrofit existing units for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) located in New Cumberland, PA.
 
Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, and information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
