This is a Sources-Sought Notice for market research purposes only. Do not send proposals in response to this notice as it does not constitute a solicitation. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), seeks information from firms able to provide service, repair, and maintenance on Lenel security system. Such a firm must be certified in providing service, repair, and maintenance on Lenel equipment and possess the ability to provide proof of certification.
USDA National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment (NLAE) requires the regular annual maintenance along with routine service and the Ames, IA facility. Maintenance shall be in accordance with the manufacture recommendations found the user manual.

The NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths). The small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. All interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement for acquisition planning purposes only. APHIS contemplates a One (1) year firm fixed price (FFP) contract would be awarded.
