This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for installation and relocation of card readers throughout the facility to include system data input / programming required for the new hardware in the access control system (Lenel Onguard 2010).

The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. A walk-through of the facility with the Security officer will be scheduled for September 28, 2011 at 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
