Travis AFB intends to award a brand name contract for Lenel Onguard Software. No other software configuration is compatible with the currently installed syste4m. Replacing the current software would require the replacement of equipment also which would cost a considerable amount of money. Failure to acquire the Onguard update would end the overall access control and monitoring capability of personnel throughout Travis AFB.

CLIN 0001: Equipment to include: (2) USP-W-PRO-S: PRO, IDPRO, PROI regional system (250) USP-W-DV: SW support for each single channel video (all supported manufacturers)

CLIN 0002: Labor Description: 4hrs-Project Management/Engineer Labor for planning and coordination of software installation. 4hrs-Engineering labor for archiving & purging old event data and prepping servers with prerequisites software. 22hrs-Engineering labor for Lenel Onguard Server Upgrades (VER 5.12.012 to VER 6.1.222) and one (1) database upgrade for 12 each recorders, and three (3) reader upgrades for 40 CAC-2 reader. Labor also includes data segmentation. 4hrs Engineering labor for training (new feature). 4 hrs Engineering labor for eight (8) Lenel Onguard client upgrades.

Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
