The Consulate of the United States of America in Dubai, UAE is seeking for the services of a contractor to provide Health Insurance services for local employees of the US Consulate, Dubai. A solicitation shall be released on the SAM website when it is available.

The resultant contract will be a fixed unit price requirements type contract under which will be issued firm fixed price task orders, for a base year with four (04) one- year options.

The estimated number of persons covered under this contract is 505 persons (inclusive of dependents) per year. Please note that these are only estimated quantities.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov , prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:

The Government plans to issue the solicitation with complete details on or about August 04th 2023. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
