Enterprise Services intends to award multiple contracts for less-lethal munitions with a minimum of one (1) Statewide Contract per category to the highest responsive responsible Bidder in each category. To facilitate state agency purchases of goods from Washington small businesses, Enterprise Services intends to award one (1) additional Contract, by Category, to responsive and responsible bidders who certify and qualify as a ‘Washington Small Business’.
