1.      Are we to procure all materials for installation of the  fully functioning rack systems, or is Gov't supplying portions of the material to be installed?  No government materials will be supplied, contractor is responsible for procurement of all materials.

2.      Paragraph 1.0 states "Completion date for CLIN 0001 through 0004 is 120 days after award.  But Paragraph 9.0 states 90 days after contract award, which is it?  120 days is acceptable and to be coordinated with the site manager.

3.      Can we schedule a site visit so that we can  confirm site conditions and dimensions/ clearances and layout realities prior to the submittal due date?  YES, the POC is:

4.      Paragraph 8.0 states basically no utilities are available to the contractor, should we price in accommodations for electric (generator), water, bathrooms, etc.?  The paragraph states "may not be available".  If utilities/facilities are available in the buildings they can be made available for the contractor, some may not exist, hence, the reason for the statement (i.e. it is not the intent of the government to install utilities/facilities specifically for the contractors use).
