The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available: Airborne Medical Depot, LLC, a SDVOSB, located at 5464 W Lady Bug Ct, Tuscon, AZ 85742, the only known source capable of meeting the requirement.

Surgical sales representative shall hand deliver items prior to scheduled procedure.
Surgical sales representative shall provide guidance during procedure and have stock on-hand to meet patient needs as determined by surgeon during the procedure.
