Intent to Sole Source: The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Standard & Poor's Financial Services for their Leveraged Commentary & Data Research (LCD). The Government intends to make award for a base period of approximately 9 months with an ending date of 02-29-2012.

Standard & Poor's LCD Research is the only source providing real time market information with extensive commentary on deal activities. The in-depth database has proven to be a timely and valuable asset for preparing risk assessments and support for Congressional testimony. The proprietary database provides a real-time view of the leveraged lending market through a combination of data, analysis, and commentary.
