The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Reed Elsevier Inc., dba Lexis Nexis located at 9393 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH for 45342 for the renewal of the Lexis Nexis subscription services. The renewal will include comprehensive access to Legal Content; Public Relations Content; Alerts; 24/7 support; CourtLink; and News & Business Content. The period of performance will include a base period of one year and with three (3) one year options.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the designated source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability.

Responses to this notice shall be received by 23 September 2014 at 9:00am EST. All responses must be in writing only via email to the point of contact specified in this notice. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
