This is a notice of intent to award as a sole source requirement to LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group, Reed Elsevier Inc., 1150 18th St., NW Ste 275, Washington DC 20036 to provide LexisNexis Services including access to Lexis.com, Nexis.com, Law Enforcement Solutions Page and Accurint for Law Enforcement. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the pupose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any contractor who believes that they can provide the required services should e-mail their company's capability information to the attention of Billy Cooper no later than 11:00AM EST, April 25, 2008 at [email protected].
