Offutt Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide nonpersonal services in the form of a Library Lease Program to include: adult book lease, children's hardcover purchase plan, audiobound lease plan, DVD lease plan, and paperback purchase plan. The contractor will provide these services for one base year and an additional four option years. This solicitation is unrestricted and is open to all business concerns regardless of size.
