This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), NM to determine potential sources technically capable and qualified to furnish non-personal service that include personnel, supervision, management, materials (except where such materials are furnished by the Government), necessary to provide Operation of the Base Library, which includes the management and execution of General Library Services at Holloman AFB, NM. Proposed Period of Performance is 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12 with 4 one-year option years.  Requirement is for three (3) full time positions for key personnel and enough paraprofessionals to manage circulation and customer service during the 55 operating hours per week for the library. The information is requested for market research and is not a solicitation announcement for proposals.
