The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to award a contract to Emerson Network Power,Liebert on a sole source basis for annual maintenance for the Liebert/Emerson power system to protect the computer equipment and data contained therein. Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services is the only known source for these services. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Officer in writing. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source award described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the FTC.
