This is a notice of intent to award sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposall and enter into a contract with Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Indianapolis, IN. The statutory for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this action is 325413. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commerical items, NMRC required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
