This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure (01) LightCycler 480, Instrument II (96 WELL), in support of US Army Public Health Center (APHC), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

CLIN 0001: QTY 1 - LightCycler 480, Instrument II (96 WELL)

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Roche Diagnostics, 9115 Hague Road, PO Box 50414, Indianapolis, IN 46250-0414. PHC requests the purchase of one (1) LightCycler 480, Instrument II (96 WELL). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1000.

All response received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, June 30, 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
