The PM ASE is seeking sources and information to provide spares production, engineering, technical, and logistic support services in support of the LIWMS QRC. These Continental United States (CONUS)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) recurring/non-recurring services are anticipated to include but are not limited to the following:

1. program management
2. engineering studies and analyses
3. sustainment and upgrades to the system algorithms and the Digital System Model (DSM)
4. system software development, sustainment and upgrades
5. system reset and repair of the LIMWS QRC systems to include Test Equipment and Support Equipment (TE/SE)
6. operating, maintaining, and facilitating repairs of LIMWS A and B - kit hardware, and includes any proprietary software
7. providing repair facilities
8. replacing/repairing shop replaceable units (SRUs)
9. providing field support
10. supporting a LIMWS logistics support evaluation in FY20
11. system integration and installation across multiple platforms
12. testing and other support services
