Scope of work includes the construction of a new pedestrian pathway from the intersection of East Park Lane and Lincoln Avenue to Santiago Creek in the City of Santa Ana. The scope of work includes demolition activities and the construction of hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, signage, and amenities. However, these documents are being used for verification and must exactly match scanned electronic versions that will already have been submitted by bid deadline (electronically). If you wish to deliver via courier service, please note that all visitors must sign in with Reception desk located on 1st floor of Ross Annex. Following Bid due date and time, Preliminary Bid Results will be accessible to the public via PlanetBids online. Construction Engineering staff will update Preliminary Bid Results with eligibility status an hour after Bid deadline following verification and review of submissions. Awards will be updated on PlanetBids from "Award Pending" to "Awarded" only after City Council meeting consideration.
