Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Linen Service to the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, Roosevelt Warm Springs (GVRA-RWS), hereinafter shall be referred to as the "State"; the "Agency", or the "State Entity" as further described in this eRFQ. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, Roosevelt Warm Springs (RWS) campus with a comprehensive rental linen service that includes delivering clean, fresh, and sanitary linens for students, staff, and guest use. In specifications and references throughout this contract, the term linen shall mean the items as listed in Attachment D Cost Worksheet. Linen services will be piece rental service. The total volume for this contract is not known and will vary. The agency has estimated usage for each line item based on historical usage quantities. Qualifications 1. Five (5) years' experience delivering services of similar size and scope. 2. Must have and maintain license and permit to do business in the State of Georgia as required by law. 3. Must comply with the CDC's recommendations for Laundry and Bedding and OSHA's Blood Borne Pathogens standards 29 CFR 1910.1030.
