The scope of this procurement covers an integrated refrigeration system capable of providing a variable cryogenic cooling output via an indirect coolant gas supply loop. There are two applications for which the integrated refrigeration system will be used. The first application is an oxygen liquefaction application where the integrated refrigeration system will be used to liquefy oxygen gas within a tank. The integrated refrigeration system will move a working fluid (neon) through a cooling loop with one end of the cooling loop having the cold head and compressor/fan/blower and the other end being provided by NASA, a tubing heat exchanger attached to a storage tank (i.e. the indirect oxygen liquefaction application).
