SYNOPSIS
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to direct and lead the liturgical accompanist and music program on regularly scheduled weekend and special services as needed at the Joint Base Lakehurst Chapel and performance shall be in accordance with contract specifications. The contractor shall accomplish the work in accordance with (IAW) all local, state, federal laws / regulations and applicable Uniform Facility Code in a manner that shall insure continuous and safe operation. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals and is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under Standard Industrial Class Code (SIC) is 8661, NAICS Code 711130 and related Small Business Standard - $7,000,000.00. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 19 September 2011. Due date will be stated in the solicitation. Any substitutes or equals must be accompanied by the specifications. The entire solicitation will be available only on the FedBizOpps (EPS) website at http:///www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 87 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it in incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
