All deliverable products and working papers shall be the property of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. One paper copy of all non-electronic files shall be submitted. Electronic files shall be submitted on a CD in Microsoft Office compatible format. Deliverables for this purchase order are as follows:

• Descriptive Data on Equipment. Submit with price quote. Cut-sheets, descriptive drawings, and purchase orders or quote sheets shall be provided for all items included in this statement of work.
• Manufacturer's standard, PC-based software shall be provided with the following items at time of delivery. Include any Recovery Media or Documentation.

• Manufacturer's standard Owner's Operation and Maintenance Manuals shall be furnished at time of delivery for all items included in this statement of work.

All supplies required under this purchase shall be delivered within 90 calendar days after contract award.
