The new upgraded LMI should be equal or equivalent to a Rayco Wylie I4507 System
with Color display 7" screen, I/O CENTRAL CAN bus interface, Medium CAN bus cable reel with length and angle sensor, 2 pressure transducers, 2 anti-two-block switches with weight & chain, proximity sensor with junction box to detect over-front section when on outriggers, wind speed, list and trim angle sensor (for float barge application), Interconnecting CANbus cables, Chart programming (both for floating barge and bank load handing applications), and all associated manuals.

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and environmental fees (unless otherwise specified) to:

• Removal of old system and installation of new system;
• LMI system will be fully calibrated and tested with entry/ programming of provided load chart into new LMI system;
• USACE will provide crane operator, test weights, and rigging to complete the calibration and testing of the new LMI system;
