The Government intends to acquire a commercial item through a competitive acquisition using FAR Part 15.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Size Standard are 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and 1000 employees, respectively.

The final date for the submission of proposals in response to this RFP is April 3, 2019 at 4:30 PM EST.

NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet at www.fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
