The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a technical question submitted.
1. Question: Provide guidance on the non-manufacture rule.
Answer: The brand-name equipment (MVE 1879P-190F-GB AUTO from Chart/MVE), in which the government identified in the solicitation, may not qualify as acceptable in accordance with the non-manufacturing rule that is applicable to the acquisition.
In order to allow potential offerors an opportunity to address this potential issue, the RFQ submittal date is hereby extended to 3:00pm EST on August 7, 2019.
