The solicitation states "no less than 8 inputs". We can accept more than 8 if offered so long as the unit, with all connectors included, is 1RU high.

The vendor may offer multiple quotes if there is more than 1 screen size available. No less than 17".

The specified signal requirements define the types of devices that may be connected.
