The County of Stanislaus (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified and experienced organizations for the Local Aging and Disability Action Planning Consulting Services to coordinate the development of the local action plan on behalf of the County’s Community Services Agency (CSA) located at 251 E. Hackett Rd., Modesto, CA 95358. The Consultant’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Stakeholder engagement; • Ensuring public participation in the assessment and plan development phases; • Facilitate stakeholder meetings; • Prepare reports on the progress of the Local Master Plan for Aging; • Coordinate the planning process; and • Draft the County of Stanislaus Local Action Plan for Aging.
