The 38 EIG/PKK has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Thule, Greenland.   The proposed Purchase Order is for one year. 

Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Telephone line Service, Timer/Counter, Line fee Costs, Toll Charges and ADSL Usage. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.  Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses.  For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. "An ESC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition.  Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.  In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
