Purpose - OC San requires a qualified California-registered Legislative Advocate with an understanding of local issues affecting the wastewater industry, local government and special districts. Description - OC San requires the services of a professional consulting firm (“Consultant”) to provide local advocacy services in Orange County, California. The Consultant works under the direction of the General Manager’s Office. The principal responsibility of the Consultant will be to provide local lobbying services within Orange County and the surrounding areas (as needed) for OC San. The Consultant must have established relationships with key policy makers and elected officials throughout Orange County.
