This is a 100%, Small Business Set-Aside Competition with a North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) of 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690 has a Small Business Size Standard of $7.0 Million and shall remain open for responsible sources to respond.

DESCRIPTION

The Contractor shall provide services per the Statement of Work for the development and implementation of a Logic Based Reasoning (LBR) test for selection of applicants to the Federal Air Marshal Service and, at the discretion of Transportation Security Administration (TSA), other security occupations within the agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular and Includes amendments thru FAC 2005-52, effective May 31, 2011.

A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are attached in the Request For Proposal (RFP).
