Notice of Intent: The Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS), hereby gives notice of intent to award a Sole Source Commercial Buy contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�, to Logicube, Inc. IP, 19755 Nordhoff Pl. Chatsworth, CA, 91311-6606 , for Logicube Falcon forensic imaging solution. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation documents are available and requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81 dated Apr 10, 2015. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed contract action is 334118, which has a business size standard of 1,000 employes.
