The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Logicube, Inc., 19755 Nordhoff Place, Chatsworth, CA 91311 for forensic disk imagers. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed ([email protected]) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, September 14, 2015. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
